This makeover transformed an empty room with one futon into a bright and airy space that’s functional too. We created a perfect spot to kick back with a book, sip morning coffee or even attend office meetings!

To add visual interest and texture, a collection of similarly hued colors and patterns were layered. Handcrafted rattan arm chairs with the solid wood offered a counterpoint to the nested coffee table with the golden trim. The wooden textured wall is adorned with an eclectic grouping of wall arts with a stunning family picture in the center. Underfoot, an Ikkat printed washable area rug splashes the pattern all over.
